Is Auto Technician Certification Required in Ohio?

At this time, auto technician certification isn’t required in Ohio.

Even though auto tech certification is not presently compulsory in most states, the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence is leading a movement to make it a requirement for employment. With this being the case, it is highly recommended that any individual thinking about becoming a surgical assisting professional should acquire certification with the ASE.
