ASE Certification
Is Auto Technician Certification Necessary in Illinois?
At this moment, auto technician certification isn’t required in Illinois.
Although auto technician certification isn’t currently compulsory in most states, the ASE is heading a movement to make it a requirement for employment. Due to this being the case, it is highly recommended that any individual interested in becoming a surgical assisting professional should seek certification from the ASE.
